Sven Daza said in a statement received by "Shafaq News", that the head of KRG is ready to visit Baghdad if needed and that there are efforts to calm the bilateral differences and the Iraqi crisis in general.

The spokesman of KRG added that it is a very natural thing for the head of KRG to visit Baghdad or an Iraqi governmental delegation to visit Kurdistan, pointing out that the best solution for any differences is through constructive and committed dialogue.

Local media reported that Prime Minister Nuri al-maliki had called the prime minister in Kurdistan Nechirvan Barzani to visit Baghdad, but the spokesman of Kurdistan Alliance denied this.

The relations between Baghdad and Erbil is witnessing tension after the formation of the Iraqi government due to non-implementation of Nuri al-Maliki, Prime Minister for most of the terms of the agreement which formed the government according to what his opponents say.

These points are concentrated on the region's share of the federal budget and the implementation of Article 140 for the normalization of the situation in disputed areas between Erbil and Baghdad, in addition to the salaries of the Peshmerga and the failure to regulate the oil and gas law.
