Mishan al-Jubouri and Shaalan al-Karim allowed to participate in elections

from MP Shaalan al-Karim, while a source in the board noted removing the former MP , Mishan al-Jubourifrom De-Baathification list .

Al-Qhathi told “Shafaq News", that " the Appeals board decided to accept the appeal of MP , Shaalan al-Karim on the decision of the De-Baathification procedures ," stressing that "the Appeals decision is binding for the accountability and justice."

For his part, another source said that the Accountability and Justice board told “Shafaq News", that" There are reports that indicate the acceptance of the Appeal board submitted by former MP Mishan al-Jubouri with the decision of including him with De-Baathification procedures”.

The accountability and justice board decided to include , Mishan al-Jubouri last month with De-Baathification procedures and deprived him from participating in elections “ .

Al- Jubouri has been included with exclusion from parliamentary elections due to criminal cases in the Ministry of Interior against him , but he appealed the decision before by the Appeals board in the Independent High Electoral High Commission.
