Minister of Defense in the Parliament to discuss gas bombs and the "third party"

Shafaq News/ The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee hosted on Wednesday the Defense Minister Najah al-Shammari, accompanied by the deputy army chief of staff of commissariat, the secretary of commissariat and the director of the Directorate of General Equipment.

A parliamentary source told Shafaq News that the aim of hosting is to discuss the issue of importing tear gas canisters used against the demonstrators as well as discussing recent security events that accompanied the peaceful demonstrations and the general security situation of the country.

The source added that the hosting also includes knowing the "third party" that kills protesters in Iraq, whom the minister spoke on more than one occasion.
