Maliki's coalition threatens to boycott parliament

, Osama al-Nujaifi for the responsibility of the delay in approving the law .

“State of law coalition and the chairman of the financial Commission submitted a request more than a month ago to view the budget for the first reading,” The MP of the coalition and the Chairman of Finance Committee , Haider al-Abadi said in a news conference attended by " Shafaq News “.

Abadi expressed regret for not including the budget in the agenda at today's meeting .

He explained that the State of Law bloc and the Finance Committee demanded to submit a draft budget law from the legal , professional and political terms for the first reading , surprising from the objection of the presidency of parliament on submitting it for the first reading until discussed.

He added that al- Nujaifi has negotiations and an agenda of his own and had no right to delay the work of the parliament and the citizens , noting that the head of the Speaker of the parliament represents the parliament and does not represent his bloc or a person, it is unacceptable to delay the budget on the basis of coalitions and political agreements between him and others .

Abadi called to submit the budget on the Council's agenda on next Mondays’session.

The head of the Finance Committee warned from not submitting the budget as the position of State of law with the presidency of the parliament will be outside the political process and " we dealt with the presidency after the adoption of the upcoming parliamentary elections , describing the work of the parliament as failed .

Iraqi economists agree with the concerns of the International Monetary Fund from the impact of decrease on oil prices on the budget for Iraq in 2014 , and criticized the Iraqi government for not properly preparing the budget in the right way which contributes to the development of other productive sectors .

There are differences on the mechanism of oil export from Kurdistan , which hampers to pass the budget , which is estimated to exceed 150 billion dollars, the largest budget on Iraq .
