Kurdistan Parliament to convene Tuesday’s session to choose the Presidency

“The Kurdish blocs in Parliament reached an agreement to hold a parliament session next Tuesday ,” Zagros Kamal Ahmed , media adviser in Parliament told “Shafaq News “.

The media adviser noted that an invitation has been directed for a meeting on Sunday by the head of the first session of Kurdistan Parliament, Mohammad Sadiq Sojera for members to attend the meeting to complete the program of the first session and select the chairman of the parliament .

The winning blocs in the elections have reached understandings about the shape of the next government, with the exception of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan , which paved the way for the parliament to elect the Presidency and start its tasks.
