in the disbursement of federal government to employees' salaries in Kurdistan .

Kurdistan Region is suffering from financial scarcity due to stop paying salaries to employees , as officials in the region have accused the federal government in Baghdad of deliberating not to launch the region 's financial allocations in order to achieve political and economic gains .

Baghdad says that the matter is related to the adoption of the annual budget , which is the subject of disagreement.

Kurdistan Alliance called on Monday, the Presidency and the religious leaders to intervene and pressure the federal government for the disbursement of the region’s budget to pay the salaries of their employees in accordance with the Constitution.

Sadoun said in an interview with " Shafaq News " that " despite the fact that talks are continuing between Erbil and Baghdad in the submission of the best proposals on the subject of oil exports from Kurdistan Region , however in this budget and for the first time the federal government goes against all who earn salaries in Kurdistan Region . "

He added that "stopping these amounts by the federal government has a significant negative impact and it is considered at the same time as an economic blockade on the region”.

He noted that " in spite of all attempts of the region to find solutions for this problem, but did not reach an agreement on how to launch these salaries as soon as possible , because in the Iraqi job there is no difference between an employee in Erbil and another in Basra or Anbar, what is happening now is unfair to the rights of Iraqi people. "

Baghdad had waved to cut the salaries of the staff of Kurdistan in the coming months, if not adhered to the recent export of oil through “SOMO” company owned by the federal government .
