Kurdistan alliance: Baghdad demand for productive capacity of oil is late

to determine the actual capacity of Kurdistan region to export oil as " late " , calling for the need to deal with the Kurdish proposal as the beginning of a crisis.

Ali al-Moussawi , media adviser to the Prime Minister revealed yesterday of putting two main conditions from the government to agree to a proposed to export 100 000 barrels of crude oil from the region which are ; ensure continuity in the export and assigning a committee to determine the actual capacity of the region to export oil .

A member of the bloc and the decision maker of the oil parliamentary Commission ,Qassim Mohammed told “Shafaq News " , that "the federal government was supposed to work on the formation of a committee in coordination with Kurdistan Regional Government before drafting the federal budget and making a condition on the region to export 400 000 barrels of oil per day”.

Mohammed added that " the budget is in the parliament and the government has to deal with Kurdistan proposal to export 100 000 barrels per day as the beginning of resolving the crisis between the two parties ."

The President of Kurdistan Regional Government proposed on the region to start exporting 100 000 barrels per day in the first of this month, but the Ministry of Natural Resources said that the export was postponed after a request for Federal Ministry of Oil .

The parliament decided yesterday to form a four- member committee as a new alternative on the Tripartite Commission , which failed to reach an agreement on the contentious budget items this year .
