Iraq: We reject any decision to extorts the Palestinian territories for Israel

Shafaq News/ The Iraqi Foreign Minister , Mohammed Ali al-Hakim had a telephone conversation with his Palestinian counterpart, Riyad al-Malki, and discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries and a number of regional issues, especially the most prominent developments in the region.

The minister affirmed in a statement received by Shafaq News that , "Iraq   support  the Palestinian cause and the struggle of the people of Palestine to achieve their legitimate national rights, and the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital."

The minister also expressed "Iraq's rejection of any decision that extorts the Palestinian territories to the detriment of the Israeli entity, and calls for adherence to the resolutions of international legitimacy and the importance of the international political track; The goals of the people of Palestine are freedom and independence. "
