Iraq's ambassador in Washington: We cannot wait more and may resort to Iranian military aid

The Iraqi ambassador said in a speech in "Carnegie" institution in Washington that Iraq may accept more aid from Iran to counter the threat of  Islamic State of Iraq and Levant “ISIL” organization that controls several areas in Iraq.
