Hayes : Army has been granted authorization to enter Fallujah

during the deadline that has been identified for them last Thursday, noting that everyone has authorized the security forces , including army troops to enter the city and end the presence of " Daash ."

Hayes told “Shafaq News " that " everyone is sure that the elements of Daash will not withdraw from Fallujah , but granted 48 hours to end their presence in Fallujah and that step has came to topple the arguments of some of the hypocrites and so that an absolute validity would be present to the security forces and the army to enter the city and fight Daash ."

Hayes added that "the army today got full powers of the provincial council and tribal leaders to enter the city of Fallujah and expel the gunmen ," pointing out that " everyone in the province confirmed that anyone who carry weapons inside Fallujah city will be targeted by the security forces " .

"Everyone agreed not to recognize any religious Fatwa issued by Sheikh Rafie al-Rifai , Sheikh Abdul-Malik al-Saadi and others who harm the security of the province."

“There is no possible political solutions to Fallujah crisis but by the military solution and the intervention of troops and put an end to this subject completely ,” Hayes added.

The security forces were able in coordination with the tribes to restore security in all areas of Ramadi , killing dozens of elements " Daash " including Arabs citizenship in battles that took place last week .
