Execution for "Abu Hammam" who raped a Yazidi girl after receiving her as a reward from ISIS in Nineveh

Shafaq News / Al-Karkh Criminal Court at Baghdad Appeal Presidency / Al-Karkh issued a death sentence by hanging against the terrorist named Abu Hammam, who among his actions, raped a Yazidi girl during ISIS invasion of Nineveh province.
The Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated that "the Yazidi complainant was given to the terrorist organization as an reward for his wound in one of the battles with the Iraqi security forces."
The center added that the court sentenced the terrorist to death by hanging in accordance with the provisions of Article 4/2 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005.
