Distribution of electronic cards start in Baghdad , Wasit, Diyala and Salahuddin

“The registration centers of IHEC in Baghdad, Wasit, Dial and Salahuddin began Saturday morning 2/22/2014 the distribution of the electronic voters' cards ,”The head of the Electoral constituency said in a statement for " Shafaq News “.

He said the number of electronic cards that have been distributed in most of Iraq's provinces exceeded four million cards so far, adding that the distribution process will continue.
