“Shafaq News “ reporter said that it has been voted on Yusuf Mohamed of Change for the presidency of the parliament by winning 84 votes , with 7 blank cards, 17 members refused to vote and the absence of 3 members .
He added that it has been voted on Jaafar Ibrahim on behalf of Kurdistan Democratic Speaker of Parliament and Fakhruddin Qader from the Islamic Group as the Secretariat of the Parliament.
Kurdistan Parliament held its session today after a long delay for its first session .
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan boycotted voting on the session .
