Barzani’s Advisor: Maliki committed several mistakes prevent his third term

Mahmoud confirmed the existence of a desire for change among the political blocs , noting that a lot of politicians are counting on a change , especially after federal administration in Baghdad" failed " in the application of programs that has promised eight years ago .
He pointed out that the prevalent belief was among politicians that voters reached a level that change probably will take place in the political landscape , but he also said that mechanisms to move the public and the voters , which included the use of tribal , religious and sectarian mobility , and the financial exploitation need many of the citizens made hope get lost in bringing about change .
Mahmoud said that the situation will remain within the political landscape known , any confined between the three political blocs , a bloc " Shiite " represented by the National Alliance , and the block " Sunni " is represented by a set of homogeneous blocs , parties and the Kurdish bloc .
Mahmoud ,close to the political conflict ruled out that the outgoing Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki would get a third term , explaining that Kurdistan in addition to the main blocs have positions of Maliki's government management.
He said Kurdistan Alliance and the government of Kurdistan can’t believe in Maliki’s Department, for not applying Article 140 , the issue of Kurdistan ratio from the general budget of Iraq, which is 17% , and the issue of Peshmrga and integrating it in the defense system of Iraq and take its entitlements of armament and the issue of population and others, pointing out that al-Maliki administration used a lot of procrastination with the various political blocs .
Barzani’s adviser expressed the Kurdish side keeness on the success of the political process in Iraq , pointing out that negotiating is with everyone, including State of law coalition.
He explained that Maliki is not intended as the failure of the political process means the failure of the democratic project in Iraq and then Iraq dispersion and fragmentation .
He stressed that the Kurds are distancing themselves from the internal conflicts that have occurred, pointing out that Kurdistan Region will not a part of any conflict between " Sunnis and Shiites ."
Mahmoud did not rule out the separation of Kurdistan from Iraq , but he pointed out that " Kurdish people agreed by the Constitution to be a part of Iraq, they respect their agreements , but Baghdad government violation of the Constitution will encourage Kurdistan to split ."
