An Iraqi military commander dies of a heart attack three days after assuming his new position

Shafaq News / The Security Media Cell announced on Monday, the death of the deputy chief of Al- Jazeera Operations due to a heart attack.

In a statement received by Shafaw News, General Operations Command Brigadier Abbas Hussein Hassan al-Zubaidi, the deputy chief of Al-Jazeera Operations passed away on Sunday due to a heart attack.

For his part, Al-Jazeera Operations Command said that Al-Zubaidi died of a heart attack while inspecting the night guard points of the Operations Command headquarters.

According to information, Al-Zaidi took office three days before the accident.
