Kurdistan Regional Government has announced on Thursday that it has began selling its first shipments of exported oil to Turkey and to the German and Italian companies .

This move by Erbil has received a reaction from the Iraqi government by announcing that it has filed a lawsuit with the International Chamber of Commerce against the Turkish government for its sale of exported Iraqi oil from Kurdistan without Baghdad's approval , unlike the agreement between the two sides in 2010 , which is an extension of the old deal between the two parties .
