Al-Jubouri as governor of Nineveh by a presidential decree

Shafaq News/ The President of the Iraqi Republic, Barham Saleh has approved the appointment of Najm al-Jubouri as governor of Nineveh, replacing the dismissed governor, Mansour al-Mureid.
Najm al-Jubouri had previously served as commander of Nineveh operations.
