Al-Bakri resigns as an official spokesman

Shafaq news/ According to News / Dr. Yassin Al-Bakri announced on Monday, his resignation as the official spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Media Office.

Al-Bakri said in a brief statement that this came "for my special circumstances."

Al-Bakri is an academic who specializes in international relations, and, he was a candidate for the “Al-Nasr" coalition led by Haidar al-Abadi for the last parliamentary elections in 2018, but he did not succeed.

This comes days after appointing journalist Ahmed Mulla Talal, as The Iraqi Cabinet's Spokesman.
