Ahrar: Maliki's coalition fortunes is likely to decline in elections
The MP in the bloc , Hussein al-Sharifi said in a statement reported for " Shafaq News " that " talk about the chances of Ahrar bloc to win is not true and not realistic , because the popularity of the bloc is increasing because of the achievements both at parliamentary or executive level in Baghdad and Maysan provinces " .
He added that " state of law popularity began to diminish as the street does not want to elect them because people did not see anything good from them because of fabricating crises in the country."
“State of law coalition will be the minority in the parliament in the elections’ results , and that the street began to know those who are the reason of the political crises and delay in the work of the country,” he added.
Since the start of the campaign at the beginning of the current April , Baghdad has turned into something like an electoral war zone where the electoral candidates' pictures and the huge posters spread in the streets, amid mutual smear campaigns invaded by the local television channels .
The present election is expected to organize on April 30 after a series of political crises and security setbacks that ravaged the country throughout the past years and the government, which had been called as the government of national unity on the grounds that it included the majority of the political forces .
