A “big” fire breaks out in two buildings near the Central Bank of Iraq in central Baghdad

Shafaq News/ A big fire broke out near the Central Bank of Iraq building in Al-Rasheed Street in central Baghdad, The Civil Defense Directorate reported on Thursday.
A statement issued by the Directorate today noted that "a fire broke out in two buildings near the Central Bank in al- Shorja area in al-Rashid Street."
The Civil Defense declared a state of alert on al- Rusafa side to control and extinguish the fire inside both buildings currently.
