Shafaq News / A security source reported that a civilian activist was killed in Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad.
The source told Shafaq News Agency that the President of the Tarmiyah Youth Relief and Voluntary Association, Hisham Al-Hijazi, was killed in an ISIS attack in the Tarmiyah district.
