Shafaq News publishes the Amendments the Parliament introduced to the Federal Court law

Shafaq News / Shafaq News Agency obtained a copy of the document of the amendments made by the Iraqi parliament to the Federal Supreme Court law.

According to the amendment, four Islamic Jurisprudence experts were included in the Federal Supreme Court to hear the appeals related to the constitutionality of laws that contradict the Islamic Jurisprudence. 

The amendment also included a mechanism for nominating members of the court.
