President and members of the Federal Court take the constitutional oath

Shafaq News / The President and members of the Federal Court took today the constitutional oath before the President of the Republic, Barham Salih.
Salih said during the swearing-in ceremony, "Iraq has taken an important step towards completing the requirements of one of its most important constitutional institutions."
On April 10, the Iraqi President, Barham Salih, issued a decree appointing the President and members of the Federal Supreme Court.
According to an official document, Judge Jassim Al-Umairi will assume the position of Court President. Eight other judges are councilors of the court with three reserve members.
