PMF thwarts an ISIS attack in Kirkuk

Shafaq News / Al-Hashd al-Shaabi (PMF) thwarted an ISIS attack west of Kirkuk.
The PMF said in a statement that ISIS terrorists attacked the PMF's patrol near Rubaida area, al-Rashad district, before the force responded and forced them to flee.
