Ministry of Electricity to release 2020/2021 salaries

Shafaq News/ After daily demonstrations that took the streets of several Iraqi governorates, the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity settled the issue of unpaid salaries.
It is noteworthy that contract and wage employees have not received their salaries since July 2020.
On April 28, 2020, the Ministry of Electricity announced enrolling all the contract employees to the permanent payroll and renewing the contracts of all its employees.
