Merdan clinches the Faili Kurds quota seat

Shafaq News/ The candidate from the State of Law Coalition, Hussein Ali Merdan Abdallah al-Nujaimi, has won a parliamentary seat in Sunday's general election.
Merdan, a Faili Kurd from the Badra district-Wasit governorate, has won the Faili quota after securing 15,704 votes.
