Lieutenant-General Saad Harbiyah appointed as head of the Sumer operations command

Shafaq News/ The Iraqi Ministry of Defense appointed Lieutenant-General Saad Harbiyah as the head of the Sumer operations command, replacing Major General Imad Majhoul Sumayda’.
Harbiyah was the commander of the Advanced Headquarters for Joint Operations in Kirkuk until he was relieved of his post last March, and Major General Ali Al-Furaiji was assigned to replace him.
