Iraq stands with Lebanon

Shafaq News / The Iraqi government expressed its solidarity with Lebanon over the massive explosion that rocked Beirut on Tuesday, killing and injuring people.

 "We express the solidarity of the Iraqi government and people with  Lebanon due to the explosion that occurred in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, today," said Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi in a statement received by Shafaq News agency.

 "We affirm that Iraq is ready to stand with the Lebanese people in its current problem praying for the recovery from the traumatic accident, and to inspire the families of the victims with patience," he added.

Earlier today; a massive explosion rocks in Beirut which led to deaths and injuries.
