Iraq’s Security Agency dismantles an ISIS cell

Shafaq News/ On Wednesday, the Iraqi National Security Council announced that it had foiled a terrorist plot to finance ISIS in Iraq.
The Agency’s spokesperson, Arshad al-Hakim, revealed that a National Security force dismantled an Islamic State cell of three members, threatening to kill citizens if they refused to provide funds to support the extremist organization (ISIS).
He did not provide further details.
