ISIS kills a civilian in Kirkuk

Shafaq News / An official security source and eyewitnesses said on Thursday that ISIS members launched an attack on Yayji district in Kirkuk governorate between Erbil and Baghdad.
The source and witnesses told Shafaq News Agency that members of ISIS infiltrated a village in Yayji district.
They added that the ISIS members killed the 44-year-old Falah Khalaf Mahmoud and wounded another 22-year-old named "Waad Abdul Khalaf," noting that the organization's members used silent weapons in the operation.
