ISIS demands 100,000 dollars ransom to release a civilian it kidnapped

Shafaq News/ A security source reported that ISIS terrorists kidnapped a civilian in Kirkuk today.
The source told Shafaq News Agency that the terrorists demanded the kidnapped’s family to pay a ransom of 100,000 dollars to release him.
It is worth noting that ransom money is one of the most prominent sources of finance for ISIS.
