ISIS asks for a ransom to free a citizen east of Saladin

Shafaq News/ On Saturday, ISIS abducted a young man east of Saladin Governorate.
A security source affiliated with the Peshmerga forces told Shafaq News agency that the terrorists kidnapped a 19-year-old man north of Tuz Khurmato at the borders of Kifri district.
ISIS sent a text message to the kidnapped's family demanding a large sum of money. He said.
It is worth noting that the region between the borders of Saladin and Iraqi Kurdistan witnessed many kidnapped cases due to the security vacuums, where ISIS seeks to infiltrate the inhabited areas, abducting shepherds and farmers to obtain funds.
