COVID-19: Nineveh to impose a complete curfew

Shafaq News / The Crisis Cell in Nineveh Governorate decided, on Wednesday, to impose a complete curfew, three days a week, to limit the spread of COVID-19. 

The cell’s spokesman said in a statement received by Shafaq News agency, that the First Deputy Governor of Nineveh, Sirwan Al-Rouzbehani, has directed to impose a total curfew on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, under the decisions of the Central Crisis Cell in Baghdad.

On Tuesday, the Iraqi Ministry of Health registered 3396 new cases, 2312 recoveries and 67 fatalities of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
