COVID-19: 3441 new cases, 2439 recoveries and 57 deaths in Iraq today

Shafaq News / The Iraqi Ministry of Health registered on Wednesday 3441 new cases, 2439 recoveries and 57 deaths of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

 

The ministry said today, Wednesday, in the daily epidemiological report of COVID-19 pandemic in Iraq that 19933 samples were examined in all the specialized laboratories in Iraq for this day, bringing the total number of samples examined since the beginning of the outbreak in Iraq to 1203883.

 

The statement of the ministry added that 2439 patients has achieved full recovery from the virus in Iraq, distributed as follows:

The Ministry of Health indicated that 57 patients passed away from the complications of the virus, as follows:

The ministry noted that the total number of recoveries amounted to 114541 with a recovery rate of 71.4%. The total number of positive cases rose to 160,436, with 40307 inpatients and 592 patient admitted to ICU. The deaths toll stood at 5588, since the outbreak of the virus last March.
