Al-Kadhimi: All people support enforcing the law including Ashaer
Shafaq News / Today, Thursday, The Iraqi National Security Council held its twenty-second session, headed by the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
At the beginning of the session, Al-Kadhimi talked about the results of his visit to Maysan Governorate, yesterday, Wednesday, and the importance of strengthening social security in all governorates, stressing the urgent need for a national social security policy to immunize youth from delinquency and committing crime.
And he stressed the need for serious work in order to provide job opportunities for young people, by activating investment in all governorates, and granting investing companies real work opportunities and providing protection for them.
The PM also indicated that during his visit to the governorates, he noticed that all citizens support enforcing the law and support the government's efforts in its campaign to eliminate illegal weapons, which is the position of Ashaer leaders as well.
The Prime Minister indicated the importance of strengthening the government's efforts in combating corruption and supporting the security services in pursuing those involved.
The Council discussed the issue of the displaced inside and outside Iraq, and the need to accelerate its resolution within an effective national plan, as well as the human rights file in Iraq.
