A new explosion targets the international coalition supplies in southern Iraq
Shafaq News / A security source reported to Shafaq News agency that an explosive device exploded on a convoy of Iraqi trucks carrying supplies for the international coalition on Al-Diwaniyah highway.
The source added that an Iraqi security member was killed in the explosion.
No further details were disclosed.
This attack is not the first of his kind, as a supplies convoy of the international coalition was attacked recurrently in the past two months in incidents for which no party has claimed responsibility.
However, pro-Iranian factions, led by the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades, have vowed to attack American forces if they do not withdraw from the country.
