A fire broke out near the Mosul university's Library

Shafaq News/ Blazes erupted in a building under construction near the central library of the Mosul University.
Eyewitnesses reported that the fire erupted in barrels of asphalt.
The firefighting teams arrived on the scene shortly after and started extinguishing the fire.
