Russia to start drilling the first oil well in Halabja province soon

According to "Gazprom" magazine , Gazprom will begin drilling the first oil well in Halabja in 2016 and will start exporting in 2018 and 2019.
The magazine added that the province has the highest quality of crude oil types.
