Rich people of Sulaymaniyah contribute by 100 billion dinars to resolve the staff salaries’ crisis

with money needed by businessmen and investors to ensure the exchange of Sulaymaniyah employees' salaries for   February .

“This campaign will continue to resolve the current crisis between Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government in order to support the regional government in securing the salaries of employees for the purpose of dispensing them in the specified period,” The head of the Chamber of Commerce , Sirwan Mohammed said in an interview with " Shafaq News “.

He confirmed that 100 billion dinars have been secured in the government banks, adding that businessmen and investors fund the banks every day as much as they can with money from the government by transferring money from private banks to the government banks .

A campaign for funding the government banks have been launched by businessmen and investors of Sulaymaniyah after an agreement took place with the governor of Sulaimaniyah , Behrouz Mohammed Saleh with these bodies after lack of funds experienced by Kurdistan, which led to delay payment of salaries and the occurrence of a state of confusion in government departments and institutions .
