the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline between Iraq and the Turkish Mediterranean coast has stopped on Monday for technical reasons.

The pipeline has stopped pumping about 425 thousand barrels per day in recent days.

Oil to Turkey has been pumped since late last year, when by the Governments of Baghdad and Kurdistan Region reached a preliminary agreement to pump 550 thousand barrels per day from Kirkuk and Kurdistan fields in exchange for the region's share of the federal budget.
