Mutlaq‘s bloc considers governments’ procedures to face rain crisis as “temporary”
“The Iraqi government does not have a clear strategy in the management of any file, whether security or service, therefore it resorted to temporary solutions to face any real crisis,” the spokesman of the bloc, Haidar al-Mulla told “Shafaq News”.
