Ministry of Trade provides strategic stocks to ration card items

“It was agreed to provide strategic stocks to the ration card items for a period of six months early next year as part of ending the problem of irregular provision of the ration card items to the citizens ,” The inspector general of the ministry , Mohammad Hussein told “Shafaq News”.

“The executives in the Ministry of Trade are complaining about the lack of allocating financial amounts from the Ministry of Finance to import the ration card items in a timely manner , which leads to an irregular distribution,” Hussein added.

The Cabinet decided to wait from transferring the ration card file to the provinces until next July after it was scheduled early next year.
