Kurdistan: Second oil shipment was sold and will load a third and a fourth from Ceyhan

According to a ministry statement seen by "Shafaq News" “ the Ministry of Natural Resources is pleased to announce that the second shipment of crude oil exports of the region through the port of Ceyhan has arrived safely to the buying parties.

The ministry pointed out that the second shipment of crude oil from Kurdistan, amounted to about one million barrels of crude oil was transported safely by an oil tanker chartered by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

The ministry expressed pride in this great achievement that has been made, after the passage of three weeks of threats and interventions that have no basis from Baghdad government against the owners of the tanker, traders and relevant international buyers.

The ministry also expressed "pride to announce that the third and fourth tankers are in the Turkish port of Ceyhan now to be loaded with oil from Kurdistan to other buyers."
