Iraqi -Turkish oil pipeline stop due to technical fault

“The flow of oil from Kirkuk to the Turkish port of Ceyhan has stopped today, due to a technical fault,” the source told “Shafaq News”.

Since June 21, the last line didn’t work but for only a few days due to leakage as it get attacked by militants linked to al-Qaeda.

Oil exports were affected severely due to its continued stop in pumping from Kirkuk oilfields to the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean because of attacks and leaks in pipes.
