Iraqi Oil announces "unprecedented" high exports and revenues last April

The total quantities exported and the revenues generated for April have increased compared to last March where total exports was (3.92) ninety-two million three hundred thousand barrels, total revenues amounted to (4791) Four billion seven hundred and ninety one million dollars, The spokesman of the Oil Ministry, Assem Jihad said in an interview received by Shafaq News.

Jihad said that the amount of exports from southern ports in Basra was (78.8), Seventy-eight million eight hundred thousand barrels and revenues amounted to (4041) four billion and one and forty million dollars, while the total amount of oil exported from the Turkish port of Ceyhan was (13.5) Thirteen one million five hundred thousand barrels by revenues reached (750) seven hundred and fifty million dollars.

He noted that the average selling price is (51.909) dollars per barrel.

He added that amounts above have been loaded by 32 international oil company carrying different nationalities from the ports of Basra , Khor al-Amaya and buoys on the Arabian Gulf and the Turkish port of Ceyhan.

He noted that the ministry has made a special effort to increase its exports of crude oil as compensation for the delay in tanker loading for days due to bad weather from the southern ports.
