Iraq opens investment on the shores of its rivers and lakes

and places of entertainment, especially the availability of suitable investment environment, infrastructure and the provision of all facilities by it.

The Minister of Water Resources , Mohsen al-Shammari said in a statement received by Shafaq News, "we call on investors, to invest in the exploitation of adjacent space for the shores of rivers and lakes for the advancement of the country, expand the ministry's resources and the operation of labor and the rehabilitation of the Iraqi experience."

He added that "The ministry is ready to solve problems that hinder investment and provide all facilities and benefit from the experiences of neighboring countries in the establishment of parks and tourist places."

The minister called to "invest elements of success in the implementation of new projects and opportunities in this area and future expansion of the fact that investment is the most important tributary to promote the work of the ministry and to avoid dependence on government income in the financing."

He demanded "the adoption of successful international experiences in the investment and the possibility to take advantage of them as evidence of the work that puts us on track for professional investment business."
