Shaaban Froten said according to IRNA, seen by Shafaq News, that 500 dealer of Eelam Province have millions of dollars to the Iraqi traders, because of trade operations conducted in Mehran border port.
"The Iraqi party refuses to pay and make pretexts all the time," without giving reasons.
He said the delay to pay the debt will cause problems for traders of Eelam.
The trade exchange between Iran and Iraq recorded in 2000, only seven thousand dollars, while the exchange last year is one billion and 300 $ million .
According to Froten , the Iraqi traders deal with Mehran port because of its proximity and the stable security situation in it.
