Emaar UAE company signs two billion $ contract to develop resort in Kurdistan

“It is scheduled for Emaar Company to sign a contract with Farouk Holdings group, an investment Kurdish firm, worth two billion dollars to develop the resort in Kurdistan region,” The head of the investment board in Kurdistan Region, Hersh Muharram Mohammed told “Shafaq News”.

“Dukan tourist town project will be built in Sulaimaniyah city,”noting that “the complex will include restaurants, hotels and residential areas”.

“Emaar “International and Commercial Real Estate Company, a UAE company based in Dubai was established in 1997. It is one of the largest real estate companies across the world in terms of revenues and market capitalizations, it is known by its huge projects in many countries and regions, including Kurdistan Region.

Kurdistan region witness since years a clear urban renaissance immeasurably with reconstruction steps in other parts of Iraq.
