Shafaq News / Director of al-Jathaba border announced that Iran will resume exporting non-oil goods and merchandise to Iraq from Sunday morning.

Ali Farhoudi said that the exports are done in coordination with the Iraqi side.

The Iraqi side closed the border on Friday due to fears of Corona virus.

Al-Chathaba border’s report stated that the value of Iran's exports of goods and non-oil goods to Iraq reached 400 million dollars since the beginning of the current Iranian year (started on March 21, 2019).

Al-Chathaba border is located 110 km northwest of Ahvaz city, the center of Khuzestan Province (southwest).
