"The investment is one way for the development of our economies and to accommodate the unemployed workforce in many of our countries and in the conversion of our national companies to the same possibilities and capabilities of technological and scientific levels and global standards that allow them to invest in our countries and other alone or in a large coalitions to develop all energy sources that God blessed us companies with them. "
